Geisha Dreams ~Second Session~ was originally meant to be a single, but the single ended up being canceled for unknown reasons. The song was described to be the continuation of the first song. The song was created to pay tribute to the debut single that got them started. Many rumors went around to why the song wasn't released as a single, but all rumors have been unconfirmed.

The song was eventually released on the groups second studio album Get Down!!. Though the song had been written and recorded before the groups name change to BLACK~CHERRY. The track is very reminiscent of the original single it was based off of, though the lyrics are not the same, the instrumental had been re-arranged but the instrumental for the song, and the vocals, are very similar. One of the biggest difference that the fans noticed between the two songs, was that Christopher Bevan contributed to this song in the vocal department. Since he wasn't a member of the group until later on, he was not present when the first single was recorded..
