As suggested in Popmundo description, it helps you skill-up, learning skills from a master, and being a scientist in Research Center. Many people suggest to spend your Experience points on Intelligence first. I personally agree, and there is also a way to explain it. Some people promote that you should first spend Experience points on Musicality. Why not to do so?
For a basic good tour, you'd need to skill up to 5* (usually in this order):
