Rosa Rose (appeared in Popmundo March 1, 2007) is a British actress, model and musician who served as back-up vocalist, electric guitarist, and songwriter for the Classical band Musical Madness.
Rosa Rose was born in London, England to a family of Italian and British descent. Rose’s parents were happily married. She dropped out of school before turning 16 and she moved out to her own apartment when she was 18.
Firstly, Rosa met Red Army’s soloist Alex Imbabi in London and she quickly fell in love with him. She was both young and inexperienced, she began to live in Imbabi’s house. Life was easy for them at that time. They were living, dreaming about their lovely future and having shows in London to earn some cash. When the marriage plans come, Rosa wanted to explore big world. However Alex wasn’t planning to leave London. Rosa went away without Alex and she left him behind. After a few years, Alex Imbabi founded dead in Stockholm.

Rosa met Ledley Escabias-Lloret on June 12, 2008 in London’s Hyde Park. The pair talked briefly in the park and Rosa developed a crush on him. On June 30, 2008 Rosa discovered that she was pregnant with Ledley’s child. Rosa and Ledley married in The Old Bailey, London, on July 15, 2008. On August 8, the couple’s daughter, Lindsey Escabias-Lloret, was born. They broke up on October 17, 2008 and Rosa took over as the primary parent responsible for young Lindsey.
Rosa Rose started her music career in punk rock but then moved to classical. She discovered that although classical gave her more artistic freedom than punk rock. She began her music career with a brief stint as lead singer of punk rock band Red Army.
At 24, Rosa moved to Istanbul, then to Izmir with musician Mélodie Plant, beginning a period in which she formed bands with NF Teaching Camp only to be ousted from each. She met Arzu Erturk. Rosa and Arzu began to dress alike, wearing dirty, punk dresses, plastic hair clips, ripped stockings and overdone, smeared makeup. An argument between the two raged over who had come up with their style. Rosa claimed she took the style from Delphine Moreaux of Spanish Heavy Metal group, Sliver Heart.
At 26, Rosa taught herself to be a back-up vocalist and set out to form her own band. She created a band called Dream Thieves. The group made their first gig in Istanbul. After a few gigs, Arzu Ertürk joined the band as a dancer and lead singer. But unfortunatelly, after London show, Arzu locked herself in Rosa’s flat which is in London, and she suicided herself there. Rosa found her, deceased. There was only a note behind her; “Polyhymnia, Honeybunny.. You two were my best friends. You’re in my heart. I’m sorry, I never wanted to end things like that. But I have to do that.. Goodbye..” Arzu’s death affected Rosa a lot. After her death, she wanted to suicide herself too. Eléonore Le Dantec was the one who saved Rosa from death and the pair became the best friends for life.
On October 22, 2008 Rosa joined Kroma as back-up vocalist, electric guitarist and songwriter. Ulf Kronskär was the only one leader for Kroma, but after Rosa’s attendance, he elected Rosa as co-band leader and gave all powers to controll Kroma.
