His father died when he was very young. Luis went to a state school and got really poor grades. He is a fanatic sportsfan. He dislikes stale air and staying indoors. Luis is trying to give up smoking.

Luis is the Vice Mayor of Warsaw. Luis is a permanent resident of Warsaw.
Gameplay History
Until the first elections in Warsaw, the name of Luis Fernandez Esteban was known only to a few people. After a very tight victory on the first elections, together with his treasurer, Fernando Azabache, he began to solve the “labor problems” of Warsaw: 101 Tattoo shop, high unemployment, etc.
Many people doubted that he'd be a good mayor because of the lack in experience, but Luis proved to be an excellent choice for Warsaw. Building and developing of the infrastructure (Parks, Hospitals, second Jail, Metro Rail) made him very popular in his city.
His successes in the city governing, his friendly attitude and his popularity made him win the second elections. His second term was really short - only two days long. He, as well as the rest of the officials, was overthrown by the angry mob. A completely unexpected revolution was triggered accidentally.
After that he decided to withdraw from politics and focus on his career in Jazz as well as focus on his private family life. He is now holding a deserved position of Vice Mayor in the new government of Sally Trotter
