His parents got divorced at an early age. Frank decided to go for a career in modeling instead of going to school. He is somewhat obsessed with the opposite sex. He can't stand horror movies. Frank got caught shop lifting candy in his early teens.

Employment
Frank worked on the London police force for a while but found that the job tied him to London too much. Not only that, it damaged his star quality hugely. Frank was quoted as leaving his position so he could concentrate on conquering the world with his band Billy No Talent.
Currently Frank is the CEO of Punk Rock Prophecy, formerly and still possibly the Popoworld's most profitable studio. The role allowed him to work closely with factory owners and the results were stupendous.
