Eileen Fogg

Eileen Fogg was the bandleader, lead vocalist and bassist of Apex.

Personal History

Eileen appeared in the Popomundo universe 17.7.2005.

Her parents got divorced at an early age. Eileen dropped out of school before turning 16. She enjoys travelling the world in search for new adventures. She dislikes stale air and staying indoors. Eileen had a crush on her gym teacher in elementary school.

Eileen started her musical career at the age of 18 on day 33 year 17 with the band Suffer Your Salvation, of which she was the bandleader and bass guitarist. The original lineup for the band consisted of Eileen, Michael Battle (drummer), Sheila Pike (vocals), Ed Bailey (guitar), and Gavin Birmingham (guitar). The band enjoyed a short-lived success before differing musical tastes caused all but Michael and Eileen to go seperate ways. The two were then joined by Stephen Rosewell (vocals) and Gerry Hawkins (guitar). With this lineup, the band made it into the top 100 and stayed there. Sometime in mid year 20 SYS split, with only drummer Michael Battle staying with the band. They're now a fixture in the top 50 punk bands.

Shortly after the split with Suffer Your Salvation, Eileen created a solo artist originally known as The Promised, though it was soon renamed Between the Here and Hereafter. For more than two popoyears, Eileen had a go at the punk rock world as a singer/bassist, reaching into the top 80 bands at her peak. In mid year 22, Eileen added guitar player Mike Helten and drummer Hazel Everett. This new change was short-lived though, and soon Eileen decided she needed a change. After a final show in her hometown of London, she left BtHaH to persue other interests.

Eileen was the bandleader, singer and bassist of the modern rock band Apex. The official first official lineup of Apex was Eileen and drummer Fred Robertson. Guitarist Sidney Neely was added for a short while but then went his own way. After several years as a two-man act, Fred and Leenie were joined again by Sidney and Mike and Hazel of Eileen's previous band for a farewell show in Eileen's club in LA. The band then said their fond farewells and disbanded.

Eileen's company, Bring Out Your Dead, Inc, came into existence on day 50 of year 19. Currently, the company is in control of two locales: the punk club Hollywood & Vine in LA and the punk studio Glow in the Dark Records of Nashville. The next president of BOYD, Inc. looks likely to be Fred Robertson.

Eileen had four children. Son Jeremy Fogg to Andy McCormack was born on day 22 of year 18, daughter Andrea Frost with Jonathan Frost on day 50 of year 21, daughter Zoe Bourgeois to Adrian Bourgeois on day 25 of year 23, daughter Gwendolyn Robertson to bandmate Fred Robertson born on day 8 of year 25, and son Benjamin Fogg to Barend Arets on day 22 of year 26. Eileen was married to Barend Arets.
