Efecan appeared in the Popomundo universe 2006-10-05.
His mother is a famous media celebrity. Efecan dropped out of school before turning 16. He enjoys soft drinks and surfing the internet. He hates insects. Efecan got caught shop lifting candy in his early teens.
After his appearing in Popomundo universe, he decided to fight with crime. He started to take Basic Dedective lessons from Noah Olthuis. After that, he became a Police Lieutenant. He is the first Police Lieutenant of Istanbul. Over-hundred criminal was arrested by him. The Istanbul Mayor realized his successfulness and appointed him as DCoP of Istanbul. After some weeks, Thomas Barratt resigned from his duty, CoP of Istanbul and Efecan appointed as Istanbul's CoP. He is still on this duty.
