An artist agency gains money by their artists being hired by the hour, typically by record studios needing background singers and similar. You cannot currently set the price of your artists, and buyers of your services cannot currently choose to use a particular agency. All money spent by buyers are divided by the agancies of the city depending on the quality of the agencies.
