If you want additional apartments, you need to go to a City Hall.

There, you must speak with the receptionist and choose the option I need help with housing contracts.

It costs 700$ in tax fees to get a housing contract. You then have to pay weekly rent, depending on the aparment's size:

1 room: 55$ per week

2 rooms: 110$ per week

3 rooms: 160$ per week

4 rooms: 220$ per week

5 rooms: 275$ per week

You may have 3 apartments at max. You can only have one apartment per city.

If you want to have more, you have to first end a housing contract at a City Hall.

IMPORTANT: If you end the housing contract of Room upstairs at mom's place, you cannot move back into it again.
