Police Lieutenant

While you don't need any skill to start working as a police officer, this doesn't mean that you can work as a police officer actively.
Actively chasing criminals is only possible, if the Chief of Police gives you a uniform.
To actively chase criminals you need several skills (Basic detective, Fingerprint recognition and Image analysis among others) and are required to stay in town for a significant time.
