Courougnegre was formed on Halloween 21 from the remainings of Cary Grant's Right Shoe. From the beginning it was a one-man act by Théo Mandelin but his future wife Sofie Buunen joined 13 days later.

Became #1 on the african radio charts in USA with both Unfocused and Love isn't true.
